Complete List of Import and Export Data Formats
MIB employs a combination of import/export functions that can be either from MATLAB,
custom-made, or from the biological image formats (Bio-Formats) library.
As a result, up to 28 standard image or video formats, (e.g., TIF, JPG, PNG, AVI, MP4), Amira Mesh, MRC (using the MatTomo routines provided with PEET), Hierarchical Data Format (HDF), and at least 67 Bio-Formats can be opened with MIB.
