This code is not part of MIB and is not covered by the GNU General Public License above: it may be used only for nonprofit,
non-commercial purposes, unless you have your own license for BM3D/BM4D from Tampere University, and it must not be extracted
from the application or redistributed separately. The BMxD filters are not available in MIB2 until you download the BM3D
package yourself from https://webpages.tuni.fi/foi/GCF-BM3D/ and
select its folder in Menu -> File -> Preferences -> External directories. The full terms are in the
licenses directory of the MIB2 distribution, see also the external licenses.
