Menu Bar

The image above shows the File menu as an example of the menu bar layout in MIB. The menu bar, located at the top of the MIB interface, contains dropdowns for various categories of functionality, such as file management, image processing, and help resources.


List of Menu Entries

Below is a list of all menu entries in MIB, with links to their respective documentation pages:

  • File: Import or load datasets, manage files, shuffle images, configure settings, export and save images
  • Dataset: Adjust dataset properties and dimensions, perform alignment and transformations
  • Image: Modify image settings like contrast, brightness, and filters
  • Models: Work with segmentation models, convert between types, load, save, and quantify models
  • Mask: Create and modify the mask layer to assist with segmentation tasks
  • Selection: Manage the selection layer, a temporary layer supporting segmentation
  • Tools: Access analysis and measurement tools, including semi-automatic and deep learning options
  • Plugins: Extend MIB with custom plugins and scripts
  • Help: Find documentation, tutorials, and support resources
