The Plasmodesmata plugins in Microscopy Image Browser (MIB) provide tools tailored for analyzing plasmodesmata in plant biology, particularly in volume electron microscopy datasets. These plugins are located in the Plugins/Plasmodesmata folder of your MIB installation and are automatically detected when MIB starts.
